We take the time to discuss with you in person exactly what you need help with, whether it's a New Build project, Full Renovation, or Furnishings; each proposal is customized for your project. We take into consideration the size of your project, timeline, overall budget, and your style when providing a custom proposal. We work on a fixed-fee pricing structure and outline in our proposal our process, deliverables, and estimated design timeline for your project. We find that a fixed-fee pricing structure helps our clients know from the beginning exactly what the design fee is, instead of estimating an hourly fee for their project.

Yes, we can help determine your furniture budget for your project! While we have typical ranges for general rooms, our custom proposals can provide a more accurate estimate. With our custom proposal, we provide an estimated range for each area and can also categorize options as 'Good, Better, Best' to illustrate pricing ranges. We strive to be transparent with our estimates, including any additional costs such as shipping, receiving, storage, and delivery, as well as tax, ensuring there are no surprises when it comes to purchasing and to ensure the desired design aligns with your budget.

Yes! We believe each space is unique and should have pieces that reflect who you are + what you love. We absolutely love incorporating antiques, art, family heirlooms, or treasured pieces into our designs. We will offer suggestions on which pieces we think will work best and in what areas. Additionally, we can take the time to go through large items with you and help you make the decision to keep an item or donate it.

Located in Southern Arizona, we connect with clients primarily in Scottsdale, Arcadia, Paradise Valley, Phoenix & Tucson. However, we are capable of taking on projects outside of the above cities depending on the project size + location. We always recommend starting the design process early in your project. The earlier, the better, especially with New Build construction, which can take months of planning before ground is broken. Our design process takes time, and we want to ensure it's not rushed and is well-thought-out. We communicate our availability with you when we provide our custom proposal for your project. Larger projects require more time for planning and execution, so reaching out early on is highly recommended. Depending on our existing workload, we can usually accommodate smaller projects into our schedule if you would like to get started right away.
